A Shaw High School graduate, he studied political science at Florida A&M University, marched alongside Congressman John Lewis, and served as a State Representative for Black Youth Vote Florida.
His work has moved from voting-rights advocacy to the Georgia General Assembly, national organizing programs, and high-stakes local campaigns. In 2026, Luke led strategy for Isaiah Hugley’s successful mayoral campaign while coordinating two City Council runoff victories.
